GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of Montescand AB. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Montescand AB operates under Swedish and EU consumer protection regulations, including Konsumentköplagen, Distansavtalslagen and GDPR.

All prices on our website are stated in SEK and include Swedish VAT unless otherwise specified. Prices may be adjusted due to changes in material costs, supplier pricing, currency fluctuations or obvious price errors. Any applicable shipping fees are shown at checkout.

We accept payments via debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully authorized. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If any information is incorrect, you must contact us immediately so we can correct it before production or shipping begins.

Delivery times and shipping costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Montescand AB is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier once the order has been handed over to them.

Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason. More information is available in our Return Policy.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made, tailor-built or specially manufactured based on your personal measurements, material choices or design preferences. Once production of such an item has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded, in accordance with EU and Swedish law.

According to Swedish consumer law, you have the right to file a complaint for manufacturing defects within three years. If you receive damaged or defective goods, you must notify us within a reasonable time as described in our Return Policy.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, dimensions and images, but variations in color, material and texture may occur, especially with natural wood products.

Your personal data is handled according to GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

Montescand AB is not responsible for delays or issues caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions or government decisions.

These Terms & Conditions follow Swedish law. Any disputes should first be resolved through communication between the customer and Montescand AB. Customers may also contact ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) for dispute resolution.
