Return policy

The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days starting from the day you receive your order. You do not need to provide any reason for returning your purchase. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill out and submit the return form below. Once we receive your request, we will confirm it by email.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which you received them. You are responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling the products beyond what is necessary to determine their characteristics and function.

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you wish to make a complaint about a product, this must be done within a reasonable time after receiving your delivery. Fill out the complaint form below to report an issue with a product. After submitting one of the forms, we will get back to you within 48 hours (weekdays only).

Please make sure to include your order number in the subject field.

Exceptions – Custom-Made Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made, tailor-built, or specially manufactured based on your personal measurements, material choices, or design preferences.

Once production of a custom-made item has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, in accordance with EU consumer law (Konsumentköplagen 2005:59).

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout.

For Klarna purchases, the refund will be processed directly through Klarna.
